A large decked area was constructed by the builders outside to link to the water's edge. Claudia designed new beds in natural Cotswold stone, borders and a bog area around the river in the back garden with a naturalistic feel.

Within months the garden looked as it had been there for years but was soon flooded by the July storms! Luckily, not much was lost and the garden recovered very quickly.

New lawns were laid in certain areas and to the front of the property, the drive was given a more formal look. A large bed was added here too and box hedging hugged the gravel driveway.
