The Family Friendly Garden at Capel Manor

By John Woods Nurseries. The Family Friendly Garden at Capel Manor has evolved from the Upwardly Mobile Garden, a gold medal winning garden at the Royal Horticultural Society, Chelsea Flower Show 2010.

The Upwardly Mobile Garden showed how a young couple in their first home could add value to their property and develop their enthusiasm for plants and gardening in a small 5 x 5 m plot.

The Family Friendly Garden at Capel Manor

The Family Friendly Garden is an evolution of the young couple's first garden as they move onto the next stage of their lives. It demonstrates how gardening knowledge evolves and the lessons learnt are transferable to another garden.

The Family Friendly Garden at Capel Manor

The contemporary design uses a calm colour palette with hot spots of colour and includes plenty of space for play, relaxing and entertaining.
