My Dracaena draco was kept in my garage over xmas but has become frost damaged. The leaves are brown and pull away easily and an area of stem is rotted and damaged. If I cut it off below the damage, will it regrow?

Hi, Terry,
As long as the roots didn't freeze it should be ok. Cut back to a healthy bit of stem. It should shoot from there.
