Scented night stock

Hi, I brought some seeds of scented night stock which have grown reasonably well. they have now been potted on, but I am a bit confused as the their appearence. Instead of being upright, they appear droopy with no sort of structure to them at all. Does anyone know if this is normal?

Here is a picture of the stock. not a very good picture, but it is very windy out there. It is nomally hanging down like a trailing plant, although some of the others are showing signs of growing in the right direction, they seem very spindally.
