The Butterfly Garden is a Breathing Space Lottery Funded project to convert a worn out hedged rose garden within Newton Park Timperley into a sensory/butterfly garden by the Friends of Newton Park and Trafford MBC with volunteer help. Planting began December 2007. So far we have planted out the major shrubs and are about to begin on the herb bed. It is hoped that work will be complete by May 2008.
