Cotswold edge gardener, My garden (GL12)

Soil types: Loamy

Soil pH: Neutral

Light: Partial Shade

Aspect: West

Exposure: Exposed

Hardiness: Indoor heated (H1), Indoor unheated (H2), Tender in frost (H3), Hardy (H4)

My garden is a bit like me... Here there & everywhere... ! It has evolved over the last 30 yrs we have lived here. I am never content, every year I have some project or another on the go. Making a little change here & there. My garden therefore is not organised & formal. It is full of the plants I like & I'm always finding room for more. I also try & cater for wildlife with a small established wildlife pond & bog garden in an area under the Birch tree. Good population of frogs & newts... I grow Parennials mainly, with trees & shrubs dotted amongst. I also have a greenhouse to grow a few exotics in. I have a lawn area, mainly for the grandkids to play on & it is all enclosd by a mixed mainly evergreen hedge. hedge
