Our garden has taken two years, we are nearly there just one last area of decking and some more planting and painting. We had decided to do the whole make over ourselves but as with many other people we didn't have the money to just get it done there and then. It has been many weekends, hot and cold ones, of watching my husband hump soil, brick and wood around the garden, moving plants to different areas and then changes our minds - a lot of experiments. We are really proud of where we have got to and proves that you don't need an expensive landscape designer or gardener, just a good imagination and a lot of patience and hard work.
