A garden with four distinct zones: antipodean, rain forest, mediterranean and lush sub-tropical. A little deep dry shade, 50% moist shade and the rest mostly full sun. Well-sheltered. No grass, only gravel. Freely and eclecticly planted, no formal beds. Many bamboos (big and miniature) and ferns, inlcuding grove of tree-ferns. Three levels with slopes and retaining walls. Nine square metre pond with Koi carp.
