A very keen amateur gardener. Currently I have M.E. and find gardening very theraputic and calming, except when the pets start to join in the digging!

Biggest gardening accomplishments
Starting a transformation in parents garden which led to my Mother developing the garden further and occasionally opening it as part of Scotland's Gardens scheme.

Biggest gardening frustrations
Wind, slugs and snails. With many neighbours turning their gardens into driveways the local pests see my garden as a haven, even the hedgehogs can't manage to eat them all. Very cold drying winds are also a problem as windbreak planting is taking years to grow between the roots of 2 huge birches.
