About me
I'm a 50 something who has a small garden in South London and I just love plants! I learned this from my Grandmother (holder of a bona fide green thumb). I have trouble looking after my garden because I've got arthritis and back problems so I have a lovely gardener, called Graham, who helps me. This year has been magical with loads of new plants and quite a few successes (and a couple of failures, of course). I want to learn more about gardening so I'm ready if we ever do move to the country and have a 'proper' garden.
Gardening expertise
Very Keen
Biggest gardening accomplishments
Nothing great, just some lovely plants. I especially love my dicentras as they remind me most of my Grandmother.
Biggest gardening frustrations
My neighbours on either side don't tend their gardens at all and I get all their weeds coming into my garden, especially brambles.
Slugs!
Rust!
