Variety or cultivar: 'Serpentine' _ 'Serpentine' is a small, multi-stemmed, deciduous tree with silvery-white and green striped bark and arching, dark purple shoots bearing ovate, shallowly-lobed, bright green leaves turning bright orange in autumn. Pendent racemes of pale yellow flowers in spring are followed by pink-brown fruit in autumn.
