Species: A. fabri - A. fabri is a small, evergreen to semi-evergreen tree with bright purple-red bark when young, brownish-grey with maturity and leathery, unlobed, oblong dark green leaves that emerge red in spring. Panicles of purple-white flowers in spring are followed by yellow-brown fruit.
