Species: A. palmatum var. dissectum - A. palmatum var. dissectum is a mound-forming, deciduous shrub with arching shoots bearing rounded, lobed, deeply and finely cut, mid-green leaves turning gold in autumn. Small, pendent clusters of tiny, reddish-purple flowers in spring are followed by red-winged fruit in summer.
