Variety or cultivar: 'Marina' _ 'Marina' is a large, evergreen tree with leathery dark green leaves, cinnamon-coloured bark which peels off in strips to reveal pale green under-bark, and rose-pink flowers in autumn followed by bright red edible fruits.

The leaves on my tree are covered in Brown/black spots never had this problem with it before.any suggestions for treatment.
