MY BUDDLEA IS GROWING VERY QUICKLY IN HEIGHT (ON A SINGLE STEM ONLY) BUT NOT BUSHY, AM I RIGHT TO CUT IT DOWN TO (ENCOURAGE MORE BUSHY GROWTH.
