Leaf curl

Question from Ruth Tierney

I have a japonica camellia silver anniversay which has been planted in a pot in my garden for about 18months. This year i have no buds and what appears to be leaf curl. I have watered with miracle grow plant food for camellia's and have added some levingtons plant food. I planted it in 2 thirds of ericaceous compost and 1 third john innes no1. Please help thank you
