Variety or cultivar: 'Albus' _ 'Albus' is a rounded, compact, deciduous shrub with long, arching shoots. Clusters of white flowers in mid to late spring are followed by silky, grey-green, palmate leaves.

Foliage: Grey-green in Summer; Grey-green in Autumn
Habit: Arching, Compact, Dense, Rounded
Toxicity: All parts (including the seeds) may cause mild stomach upset if eaten.

I have two Brooms which over time have been overshaded by a sycamore tree - although they bloom before the tree leaves create too much shade, they do less and less well each year.
I want to move them - what is the best time of year to do so?
