Species: D. draco - D. draco is a sparsely branched, evergreen tree with sword-shaped leaves and panicles of greenish-white flowers (on mature trees only) in summer followed by orange-red fruits in autumn.

My Dracaena draco was kept in my garage over xmas but has become frost damaged. The leaves are brown and pull away easily and an area of stem is rotted and damaged. If I cut it off below the damage, will it regrow?
