Question from
Stephanie Summers
My Eucalyptus perrineana is suffering from some kind of disease/pest which has caused all the peripheral leaves to shrivel. It is about 8ft tall but has put on no growth unlike the other eucalypt species planted at the same time. the stem still looks healthy and the lower leaves seem to have survived. The problem has lasted at least since last summer and the tree doesn't seem to have changed since then - in size, any more leaves etc. Our climate is mild in Chepstow and despite the bad winter just gone the other eucalypts have survived. Any suggestions what this could be and any way of curing it? It's pouring with rain at the moment but if the answer is not immediately obvious, I could take photos when more convenient.
