Species: E. bicolor - E. bicolor is a perennial with an upright habit. Its wavy, strap-shaped leaves are green and its stems are purple-spotted. In summer it bears racemes of star-shaped, maroon edged, pale-green flowers.

I have a seed pod for this and found a great article detailing how to grow Eucomis from seed (also had a link to how to grow from leaf cuttings) this is the site:
