Question from
Nikki Harvey
I have 2 huge hebe that are about 1.5m tall by approx 1.5m wide. They are sprawling over the wall and on to the driveway. How hard can I prune them back? Will they grow again if cut back into old wood? I have 3 or 4 others in the flower beds and they too have about 18" of bare wood and then huge canopies of leaves and flowers. They are beginning to get top heavy. I would really like to prune them also.
