Variety or cultivar: 'Sneezy' _ 'Sneezy' is a compact, dense, evergreen shrub with deep green leaves. In late spring to early summer the red buds open to pink flowers that are darker at the edges, and have deep red spots on the upper lobe.

When we first got the plant it flowered. This year has produced no flowers, is this normal? We have had the plant for 2 years.
