Valerian tea

Comment from Mari Karkkainen

Valerian root has been used for centuries to treat and relieve stress, anxiety, tension and insomnia. Internet is full of instructions how to make valerian tea, but it is always good to consult your doctor before starting self treatment as there are some restrictions (eg. pregnancy).
