Variety or cultivar: 'Domino' _ 'Domino' is a smaller form, deciduous vine with green, compound leaves and long,drooping racemes of free-flowering, lilac-blue flowers from late spring until early summer.

I bought 2 small plants last year - one from an online nursery and one from a carboot. I want to train them into standards so have them in pots. They both look really healthy and have new leaves but there is no sign of any flowers. I fed them last summer and have given them a couple of feeds this spring. Am I doing something wrong or is it unreasonable to expect them to flower so soon?
