"Arrogant, high-handed and disgraceful customer service. I bought a tree lupin (Lupinus arboreus) as a gift for my mother, an excellent gardener. The plant delivered swiftly died. When my mother phoned Westcountry Nurseries she was dealt with in avery off-hand manner and given no clue to their returns procedure. I telephoned and was told someone would get back to me. No one did. I also emailed. And emailed again having got my mother to return the dead plant. Result? NO plant, no refund (apparently soaking it for an hour prior to planting was enough to rot it!), oh, and an email insulting my mother. These fundamentally dihonest shysters should be avoided like the plague."
