Back to Nature Garden designed by The Duchess of Cambridge

The RHS Back to Nature Garden, designed by The Duchess of Cambridge and award-winning landscape architects Andree Davies and Adam White of Davies White Landscape Architects, is based in a woodland setting as a space for families and communities to come together and connect with nature.

The design is inspired by the original RHS Chelsea garden with many of the key features such as the waterfall, dens and hollow log returning, alongside new elements including a wildflower meadow, rolling hill and summer planting.'

The woodland-themed Back to Nature Garden – which did not get judged – included a beautifully crafted hollow log for children to climb through, a den, waterfall, stream and a treehouse.

The garden was inspired by childhood memories that are triggered by the natural world, as well as special moments created and treasured by families now and in the future.
