By Henley on Thames Garden Designer Jo Alderson Phillips. This small courtyard garden was designed to have the feel of a smart yacht.
It has a cumuru deck, bespoke seating & smart bench with a mirror polished stainless steel clad wall to open up the space & reflect the planting.
A Koi pool has pride of place with a stainless steel water blade creating sound. For night time interest a light panel spans the length of the garden with blue LEDs beneath.
A water feature by Alan Wilson stands at the end of the garden creating both a stylish contemporary look & a peaceful sound. Raised beds contain the planting & give the scheme a sense of drama. This is a 24 hour garden for entertaining with plenty of places to perch & enjoy the scenery.
