Leading disinfectant brand Zoflora, will be revealing a unique garden design dedicated to Yorkshire at this Summer’s RHS Hampton Court Flower Show.
Zoflora has enlisted the creativity and skills from renowned garden designer Helen Elks-Smith, who will be incorporating key elements that the county is famous for within the space. Taking inspiration from Yorkshire’s rolling countryside, Zoflora’s ‘Outstanding Natural Beauty’ garden will be sculpted to form gentle undulations, reflecting the landscape of the county’s hills and dales.
A stream will gently flow through the garden and under a stone bridge, softly meandering through distinctive sections of the garden, incorporating a ‘field boundary’ to represent arable crops, a wildflower meadow and ‘woodland’. A curved drystone wall will form a terrace and seating area, with a weathered steel set into the walls which will appear to have fractured the stone, representing powerful tree roots. The area is then enclosed by a moat, and brightly coloured fragrant plants, creating a tranquil place from which to view the rest of garden.
Zoflora will also be revealing a brand new fragrance at the show dedicated to Yorkshire. The scent will be a fresh and delicate floral fragrance reminiscent to the county’s meadows and valleys, boasting elements of crisp green leaves and a clean ozonic note, followed by a bouquet of wild flowers including mountain pansy and buttercup.
Garden designer, Helen Elks-Smith, commented: “I am overjoyed to have partnered with Zoflora this year. Paying homage to the county was a fantastic idea as its countryside has many wonderful aspects to celebrate. “I’m confident that the overall design will impress and wow those attending the event.”
