Pruning Climbers

Did you know there are three pruning groups for clematis? And then there are the other types of climbers such as wisteria which each need specific pruning in order to flower properly. Don't worry - we take the guess work out for you. Just add the climber in your garden to your 'Plants I have' list in Shoot and we will tell you when and how to prune them. Pruning clematis

• Prune group 1 - early spring flowering clematis (optional)
• Prune overgrown and dense clematis (optional)
• Prune group 3 - late flowering clematis
• Prune group 2 - summer flowering clematis
