This might be frost damage but only if the undamaged leaves were protected/shaded and the damaged ones were exposed. However common walnut Juglans regia is fully hardy. It might be Walnut blotch which is a fungal infection. Burn/dispose of all diseased leaves.
Either way, wait to see what happens in Spring. It may be fine.
