I'd appreciate some help in identifying this plant please. It's currently in flower and despite searching many websites it still remains a mystery.

Help please?

Comment from Noel B

In forum: Identify a plant

This has grown, uninvited, in my greenhouse. I rather like it, but it’s about 8 feet tall and still growing. Can anybody tell me anything about it please? It currently has around 3 shiny green seed pods on it. Thanks in advance.

Question from Simon Berry

I have a shrub which we would like to identify (it came with the house!). I'm sure it would like ot be a tree if left to it's own devices, it's decidious, as you can probably se from the leaves, a lime hater but has the most glosious scent this time of the year. Flowers from september.

What are these weeds (?)

General post from Ben Abbotts

In forum: Identify a plant

I have a house which I have lived in for the last ten years and there has never been anything significant in the lawn weed wise. I recently rented the house out and the tenants have alerted me to these weeds (?) growing and expanding, I would much appreciate guidance on what they are and how to kill them off.

What are these and how do I get rid of them?

In forum: Identify a plant

Hello, trying to help an elderly neighbour clear his garden. These large leaved waxy ground plants have spread everywhere. They have 1 inch diameter woody roots and appear to be linked to each other on a "chain" root which runs underneath the whole patio. Can anyone suggest what they are please, and how we can kill them permanently? We can't dig up the whole patio as part is concrete. And even digging down a foot doesn't eradicate the roots.
