Peony Molly the Witch is Wilting

Molly is 2 years old and her stems are approx. 12" with one bud. Three days ago, she took a dive to the ground and she looks very thirsty, but I know she isn't. I staked her up but she continues to wilt. What type of pesticide should I use to correct this? What else can I do to help her? Please save Molly! Thx
