It's now the end of August in uk, my honesty plant has lost its purple foliage and has transparent seed pods. Shall I cut it down to ground level? Next to it is another honesty,but this one is about 2 inches tall and has green foliage, any ideas? Thank you

I acquired a beautiful Magenta coloured Lunaria plant a few years ago.
It has self seeded but I have had no luck in collecting the seed and re-sowing . I want to pass it on to friends. Can anyone advise me the
right time to collect the seed heads and re-sow?

I am querying the life cycle of the plant "Honesty" is it biennial or annual, my google search states that the plant life cycle is biennial,the Shoot's site state annual, I am confused
