Care of giant sunflowers

General post from rita broadhead

Hi could anyone advise me if giant sunflowers need pruning? I have grown 9 in pots and they are at various heights. They've all got heads now but some of the larger ones have developed new shoots and have additional flowers growing. Should any of the shoots or heads be removed please? Thank you.

Sedum Coral Reef

Question from Phil Mepham

I have the above but it has grown with a flat, thin middle that almost looks like someone has trodden on it. As a consequence, it look thin and 'leggy'. Can I/ Should I cut it back or will it revive itself?

Can anyone identify this plant please

Question from Rick

This plant is couple of meters tall, although there are others which are shorter. There seem to be pink bracts with tiny purple flowers. Smells a bit garlicky or something similar.
