I have just divided a new plant to make two with a very healthy root system they are now settling into their new homes in my garden (North-East London). Should I protect them from the front this year as they are newly divided?

Many thanks

Hi, Judi,
Since it is borderline hardy, newly divided, and there could be another harsh winter this year, I would protect with a dry mulch. Do you have this plant in your 'Plants I Have' list? If so, you will get a reminder to add a winter mulch each year.
