I think this is the achillea that I have in my lawn. It has spread over a large area, other than just pulling up is there any way of removing this as it is taking over from the grass.

Hi, Bethan,
Most effective, time-saving way is to apply a weed killer. If you have any moss in your lawn, get a moss/weed killer with fertiliser. A few application, and probably reseeding any patches once the undesirables are gone, should do the trick.

Hi Bethan,
did you ever succeed in getting rid of this? I have an area of about 4mx5m of it in the lawn of a house we bought about six years ago and three years of applying lawn weed killer doesn't seem to have impeded it one tiny bit! I'm wondering whether I will have to glyphosate the whole area or does it dig out easily?
