My torch lilies will have the green shoots turn a rust brown. The plant continues to grow and produce beautiful blooms..I do not know if the color change needs to be addressed with soil treatment or a fertilizer. Comments appreciated.

HI, Ira,
Would you be able to post a photo? I'm not sure there is anything you need to do if the plant is blooming/growing healthily. If the shoots (and I assume you mean flower stems?) were rotting and not producing flowers, then I would suspect a fungal disease but this doesn't sound like the case with yours. Have you checked for earwigs?
