My Euphorbia wulfenii will be two years old this spring. The first year it had no flowers, last year only two and this year I am not too confident that it will get many more flowers. Any ideas what the cause could be? In size it has grown very big though..

Hi, Ineke,
Has it been pruned? Pruning will encourage more/better flowering. Shoots that have flowered should be cut to ground level in late summer or autumn. In your case, remove any shoots that you know have flowered. If you can't tell, remove about 1/3 of what look to be the oldest shoots. Just wondering - do you have E. characias subsp. wulfenii in your 'Plants I Have' list? If so, you will get full instruction on how to keep it thriving.
All the best,
Kathy C

Hi Kathy,
Thank you for your reply. I did cut the two flowering shoots down last year as in the care instructions. At the moment it looks like it will have no flowers at all.... Any idea anyone?
