This is growing in a pot but I am not sure if it is a weed?

I don't know what it is, but it certainly isn't weed (cannabis sativa).

I've had some come up in a pot in my garden this month too! In the back of my head a bell was ringing saying 'wild mustard' - but I wasn't sure. I found a website with a key to identifying wildflowers, (www.botanicalkeys.co.uk) and with only half the questions answered it came up with 'garlic mustard'/ Alliaria petiolata. See what you think if you google some images. Not sure I fancy eating it!

Thank you Carol, I have checked google images and the leaves and flowers look the same but it does not smell anything like garlic, I have tries rubbing the leaves and flowers.

Google about a bit more. Apparently it smells stronger the younger the leaves - but there is mixed information about the smell/ taste of the flowers. (Nature's Secret Larder/ uk.wildflowers.com). It's pretty common but seems to be thought of as wildflower, rather than weed. I know I will be grubbing it out though and putting it in the green waste.
