How long exactly (how many weeks does) Paul's Scarlet (Rosa) flower in summer. ALSO, when all roses say they are only summer flowering are they all for the same number of weeks?

Hi, Haysha,
You can usually expect 'Paul's Scarlet' to flower starting in early June and continuing into July. How many weeks is really dependent upon environmental conditions - daily temperatures, rainfall, etc can all effect how long any plant will flower. For roses that are reported to flower in summer, some do so for 2 months, some three. It is really dependent upon the cultivar and weather conditions.
