Yes looks like a bottlebrush plant (callistemon), hope this helps x

Not a Callistemon - flower is wrong shape although the colour is similar (and leaves are totally wrong). Is it an indoor/ conservatory plant? Callistemon is fairly hardy outdoors, with woody stems and small leaves and characteristic 'wattle-y' bits as well as flowers. This looks more like a luscious indoor thingy.
