This has come up again this year and I now have two. Is it is perennial? Can the leaves be used for anything?

HI, Donna,
Your Althaea officinalis (Marsh mallow) is a perennial so it will come up each year - it is sometimes classed as a biennial because it tends to be relatively short-lived. What do you use the leaves for? It's primary use is to treat sore throats.
