maybe fatsia japonica? adding some pics of leaf and habit would help. I am taking a guess, could be an ivy hedera.

The leaves behind in the picture look like ivy (Hedera helix).

I'm not entirely convinced its a Fatsia - leaf shape looks wrong. My guess would be Hedera (Ivy) or the cross between the two Fatshedera but we would really need a picture of the leaves.

Hi, Salim,
Angie is spot on - it is Hedera helix and you are looking at the spent flower cluster. The flowers produce very tiny petals that you can't see unless under very close inspection. That cluster looks to be finished flowering and (the ones that aren't brown) will produce black berries over the coming months.
