My plant (pelargonium graveolens) is rooted on a soil inside a bamboo container, its height is now 1 foot. It is here in the Philippines. I think the room temp. is in 32 degrees celcius and my plant seems becoming withered. What should I do?

The pot the plant is in looks far too small - how long has it been since it was repotted? Pelargonium graveolens doesn't like too much water - is there any chance it could have been overwatered? Finally, how much light does it get. It doesn't mind being warm but needs ample light with shade from hot sun to thrive.
