Hi could anyone identify this tree/shrub it is about 6ft and evergreen.

What kind of flowers does it get, obviously it does not grow that way, it does not look like osmanthus delavayi, it has small leaves and is evergreen, it looks a lot like croakia, it might be evergreen where you live. Hope someone gives you and accurate label.

That looks very much like Pittosporum tenuifolium 'Silver Sheen' - one of the small-leaved pittosporum cultivars. I've seen some shaped/trimmed very much like yours.
