Assistance identifying some plants

Hey guys,

I've just bought a new house in Western Australia and the garden is filled with some small trees and palms in the back yard, but I'm not 100% sure what each one of them are.

Could you guys please help me out, theres 10 plants all up. I've got more plants that I can't identify out the front but if I'm able to get some assistance with these ones, I'll probably be able to work out the rest on my own.

Hi Dave, just taking a stab at these:
1. Ruffled or Miraguama or Windmill
2. Carpentaria Acuminata
3. Cabada?
4. Cordyline
5. Australian Cabbage Palm
6. Pony Tail Palm
7. Dypsis of some description
8. Fan Palm
9 & 10 = Possibly Acers?

Interested to know if I'm right on any!
