Hello, This is growing in my garden, I am not sure if it is weed or not. Can anyone identify this please.

No, I don't think so but only 90% certain as the pic isn't too detailed. I believe it's a perennial which will have small purple flowers mid to late summer. Can't recall name. I have some in my garden, if I find the name I'll message again.

pretty certain this is toadflax - a linaria, So not a weed, unless it's growing somewhere you don't want it to!
