It looks like London Pride to me - Saxifraga urbium. My mother had a lot of this in her garden - a good doer.

This is definitely London Pride. Doesn't flower for long unfortunately. I think it is gorgeous. I love saxifrages as well. There are any number of them. Beautiful and easily regenerated. Shallow rooted, just pick a few rosettes and replant into soft compost and water well. Very rewarding.
