having spent all afternoon planning my garden Tried to save says can't save with token provided. Never had a problem before. Can anyone help please don't want to loose all my hard work

Hi Tina. I think we have connected now about this issue. It may have to do with keeping the plan open for more than 6 hours. I did a quick test and the saving worked fine. I'll let you know what we find out for you next week. Thanks Nicola

Hi Tina, we have found 2 versions of your garden both saved on Sunday 26 one at 23:29:57 and one at 23:31:25.
It seems the garden plan is loading fine in the garden design tool now.

Would you like us to try to restore the plan you had Friday? It would overwrite the plan saved on Sunday.
