Does anyone know what coud be the matter? Leaves have been eaten away in parts, flowers are v poorly looking and there are small white bugs on the underside of some leaves. How can I treat it please?
Many thanks
Eileen

Use some Safers soap for the bugs, I think you have some sort of caterpillar eating the leaves, I noticed a rolled up leaf, if you open it you might find the culprit, safers soap will take care of both problems.

Hi Elaine
Thanks for your message - I have since sprayed some diluted washing up liquid on the roses and they have improved a bit. If its still a problem I'll try the brand you mentioned. Couldn't find any evidence of caterpillars - would they attack the flower too - some blooms have completely dropped off!
Will keep an eye on it.
Cheers
Eileen
